REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We want every moment you spend with Petitverse to be enjoyable, starting from the second you open your package. If your kit isn't quite the right fit, we’ve made our return process straightforward and fair.

Our 30-Day Return Window

You have a full 30 days from the day your order arrives to decide if you'd like to keep it. To be eligible for a refund, we ask that the kit remains in its original, unassembled condition with all packaging intact. Because of the delicate nature of our hobby, we cannot accept returns once you have started gluing or building.

No Restocking Fees

We believe you should be able to shop with confidence. That’s why we do not charge any restocking fees for returns that meet our policy requirements.

How to Handle a Return

Getting a return started is simple:

1. Send a quick note to care@petitverse.shop with your order number.

2. We’ll provide you with the return address and all the instructions you need.

3. Securely pack your item and send it back our way.

Who pays for shipping?

• Change of Mind: If you’ve simply changed your mind or picked a different model, the return shipping cost is yours to cover.

• Our Error: If we sent the wrong kit or it arrived defective, we’ll take care of the shipping costs for you.

Refund Process

Once your return arrives back at our studio and is inspected, we will notify you via email. We aim to process all approved refunds back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Missing or Damaged Parts

Before you pack up a whole kit for return, remember: if you just have a broken or missing piece, we can help! Just email care@petitverse.shop with a photo of the part. We’ll ship you a replacement for free so you can get back to your build.

Exchanges

If your kit arrives damaged or defective, we are more than happy to exchange it for a fresh one. Just reach out to us and we will handle the rest.
